Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of the commercial function and drive growth. This role provides a unique opportunity to shape the commercial strategy and work closely with the MD as the company expands, with full responsibility for financial management and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage all financial aspects, including payment applications and invoicing.

• Oversee costs, ensure compliance with NEC contracts, and provide monthly commercial performance reports.

• Act as a key point of contact for clients and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Civils Quantity Surveyor in utilities or construction.

• Strong understanding of NEC contracts and commercial acumen.

• Ability to manage the commercial function independently.
