Become a key player in supporting our regional delivery teams and Construction Support Team Leader with vital administrative tasks.
Job Description
- Assist the Construction Support Team Leader and delivery teams with various administrative activities.
- Submit opening notices, stop notices, and reinstatement details for public highway works.
- Program works using BMT and manage project files.
- Handle printing, copying, and scanning tasks.
- Book hotels, train tickets, and parking.
- Raise purchase order requisitions and update data stores.
- Request utility drawings and upload project closure documentation.
- Report all accidents and incidents.
- Ensure all work is conducted in line with our client’s policies and procedures.
- Promote a culture of Health, Safety, and Quality at all times.
- Comply with the requirements of our client’s Environmental Policy.
- Perform any other duties as required by the manager.
Qualifications
- GCSE Math's and English or equivalent.
- Experience working to deadlines.
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong planning and organizing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs or equivalent.
