Job Description
- Use the Symology system to initiate, track, and process all street works noticing requirements through to final registration, ensuring compliance with NRSWA.
- Collaborate with project management to keep all relevant information updated in real-time and produce daily and weekly performance reports.
- Perform non-critical office duties as time permits, depending on street works activities.
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including highway authorities, schedulers, and operations teams.
- Reconcile engineers' daily activities against scheduled tasks and administer job packs.
- Track progress and handle all works information issued and returned.
- Proactively resolve customer queries to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
- Perform additional duties as required by the manager.
Qualifications
- GCSE or higher education level.
- Knowledge of Codes of Practice, NRSWA, and Traffic Management Legislation.
- Experience using Symology and Government Street Manager systems.
- Experience working with Local Authorities and in Utility Construction.
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to a changing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs or equivalent.
