Job Description

• Use the Symology system to initiate, track, and process all street works noticing requirements through to final registration, ensuring compliance with NRSWA.
• Collaborate with project management to keep all relevant information updated in real-time and produce daily and weekly performance reports.
• Perform non-critical office duties as time permits, depending on street works activities.
• Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including highway authorities, schedulers, and operations teams.
• Reconcile engineers' daily activities against scheduled tasks and administer job packs.
• Track progress and handle all works information issued and returned.
• Proactively resolve customer queries to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
• Perform additional duties as required by the manager.

Qualifications

• GCSE or higher education level.
• Knowledge of Codes of Practice, NRSWA, and Traffic Management Legislation.
• Experience using Symology and Government Street Manager systems.
• Experience working with Local Authorities and in Utility Construction.
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to a changing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs or equivalent.
