The Role
My client is a prestigious utility company currently looking for an administrator to support with operational delivery from their head office.
Accountabilities
- Ensuring job packs are uploaded on the internal system.
- Have a sound understanding of the key elements of the client contract
- Assisting with Subcontractor invoicing, in line with current procedures
- Producing Pay Certificates
- Log and ensure all records are kept up to date (labour, materials etc.)
- Carry out system audits
Requirements
- Prior experience in an operational admin role
- Proven track record of delivering to deadlines
