Our Client:
Join our Multi Utility Contractor in Halifax as a Planning and Delivery Coordinator. Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll oversee project management from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with Works Programmes and schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Manage enquiries, asset records, and tendering processes.
-Overseeing project closures for DNOs, IDNOs, GTs, IGTs, and water companies, including compiling Asset Value Completion Packs and as-laid drawings.
- Procure gas, water, and electric materials for various utilities.
- Maintain MPAN and MPRN records, facilitating meter registrations.
- Handle Section 50 notices and project closures for utilities.
- Understand streetworks methodologies and manage traffic requirements.
- Raise invoices, manage ledger, and track assets and meter compliance.
- Coordinate developer notifications and energization requests.
- Manage documentation, oversee as-built coordination for smaller gas connections, and organise RO connections with subcontractors.
- Attend project meetings to report progress and resolve site issues.
Skills Required:
- SHEA Gas, Water & Electric certification.
- AUTOCAD experience (Desirable).
- Full UK driving license.
- Utility sector experience.
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
