About the Role:

Join our clients dynamic team as a Multi Utility Project Manager, overseeing contracts across the Yorkshire area. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient completion of multi-utility services for various developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Manage a portfolio of multi-utility schemes within the designated area.
• Site Management: Handle all aspects of site work, from initial pre-start meetings to final utility connections.
• Resource Coordination: Order necessary plant, road opening notices, and traffic management. Manage both direct and subcontract resources.
• Quality Assurance: Perform team and quality audits to ensure high standards.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with water, gas, and electric engineering departments to arrange connections.
• Compliance: Close out Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and incident reports promptly.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven track record as a Multi Utility Project Manager or similar.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage site works from both HSQE and commercial perspectives.
• Certifications:
  • NRSWA Streetworks.
  • SMSTS/CSCS Card.
  • Gas/Water NCO 2 (desirable).
  • IOSH or similar (desirable).
  • Management qualification (desirable).
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Licensing: Full driving license required.
