The Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Water Sampling and Regulations Technician. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the safety and quality of drinking water for residential properties. Your responsibilities will include monitoring water quality, conducting inspections, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Water Analysis: Perform detailed sampling and analysis of drinking water from residential properties.
• Risk Identification: Spot and escalate potential risks to water quality promptly.
• Plumbing Inspections: Inspect customers' plumbing systems to ensure they meet safety standards.
• Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service while engaging with the public.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities meet quality standards and maintain accreditation.
• Documentation: Keep meticulous records and update databases with accurate information.
• On-Call Duties: Participate in an on-call rota as required.

About You

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A Full UK Driving License.
• Outstanding Communication Skills: Strong ability to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
• Independence: Comfortable working alone and managing your own workload.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent record-keeping skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Availability for On-Call Work: Willing to be part of an on-call schedule.
