Our client is one of the fastest-growing multi-utility connection providers in the UK, and is seeking an Administrator to join their dynamic Operations team. With a positive outlook for 2024 and a strong order book extending to 2026, they aim to further solidify our market share in the North West, North East, Yorkshire, and Midlands regions.

Responsibilities:

- Generate documentation for site issuance, including work instructions.

- Coordinate with technical departments (gas, water, and electric) and offer assistance as needed.

- Ensure effective communication between Clients personnel and customers to facilitate scheme delivery.

- Complete and distribute whereabouts documents to relevant departments and external customers.

- Follow up on paperwork from clients and asset owners.

- Maintain and update systems regularly.

- Prepare and submit paperwork to appropriate personnel.

- Perform general administrative tasks.

- Create and edit documents using Microsoft Office.

- Develop and maintain weekly/monthly reports.

- Manage both hard copy and electronic filing systems.

- Upload documentation to the Client's operational staff to ensure safe and accurate work execution.

- Generate road opening notice permits for works within highways and public areas.

- Handle opening and closing permits.

- Schedule works for Multi-Utility Teams based on customer requests.
