Summary:

The Client seeks an experienced Operational Estimator to compile estimations for UKPN Distribution & Private Networks. You'll lead surveying/pricing for new Connection Projects, ensuring accurate estimates in a timely manner, driving company growth and meeting client specifications.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare quotations from specifications and drawings  

- Conduct on-site surveys/assessments and evaluate risks  

- Evaluate options and alternatives  

- Check accuracy of documents and engineering specifications  

- Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers  

- Produce formal quotation documentation  

- Attend handover meetings and explain project scope  

Requirements:

- Detailed knowledge of Underground and Overhead HV & LV switchgear  

- Experience in estimating or delivery of DNO/IDNO/ICP connections projects  

- Formal training in Electrical Engineering or relevant subjects  

- Track record in providing technical solutions and costing  

- Full driving licence 

-DNO Authorisations (desirable)

- NRSWA Streetworks Ticket (desirable)
