The Company

You will have the opportunity to join a fast growing and dynamic company within the HV electrical engineering sector. 

These projects will feature voltages ranging from LV through to 132kV connections. 

Many of these projects will include renewable energy schemes such as Large Scale Solar, Battery Storage and Gas generation facilities for a broad range of clients. 

The Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer who is eager to develop their career through designing LV/HV connection points up to 132kV for a broad range of clients and industries including renewable energy etc.

This role would have you working within a variety of renewable energy sectors varying from Solar panel electricity designs, Wind farm and power designs as well as Battery Storage Scheme designs. Each of these schemes focus on delivering and storing renewable energy to power thousands of homes and businesses across the UK.

Working as part of a team, you will have the support of your attentive line manager as well as many projects to continuously work on. This role also offers the opportunity to work from home. 

Experience

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
• Experience working with 33kV and 132kV voltages;
• Experience working within an ICP or DNO in a design focused position
