Job Title: Site Manager

Job Description:

The Client specialises in the design, construction, installation, and commissioning of High Voltage Substations Systems up to 400kV. They are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of project objectives and targets set out by the relevant contract, company procedures, and statutory legislation in Health & Safety as well as Quality.

Qualifications:

- HND/HNC in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent

- Site Management Qualification

- Knowledge, Skills, and Experience in the Field of Substation (11kV - 400 kV) EPC Projects, BESS and PV Projects.

- Minimum 5 Years of Site Work Experience in the High Voltage industry/Power Industry.

- Experienced in compiling associated RAMS & SHEQ.

- Contract / Subcontract Management

- Resource Planning

- Site Cost Management

- MIS Reports

- Attend Meetings with Clients, Vendors, SHEQ team, DNO, Suppliers & Consultants.

Soft Skills:

- Proficient in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

- Must have excellent skills in monitoring and controlling the project using tools such as MS Projects, and P6 Primavera (desirable).

- Basic Civil Construction Knowledge.

Weekly Working Hours:37.5 hours, additional hours may be required to fulfil business and customer requirements.
