Project Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Location: Belfast Head Office, with occasional travel to sites across NI, ROI, and Mainland UK

Responsibilities:

- Joining their existing Commercial Team, you will be responsible for various QS functions, including but not limited to:

 - Cash flows

 - Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR’s)

 - Cost to Complete (CTC) analysis

 - Site measurements

 - Applications for Payment (AFP)

 - Change management

 - Procurement

Requirements:

- Intermediate to Project level QS experience

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience in estimating is desirable

- Willingness to travel to sites as required

- Strong organizational and communication skills
