Client
My client is a growing telecoms provider currently involved in massive infrastructure projects across London. They are looking for an experienced administrator to support the PMO function in the smooth running of projects.
Responsibilities
- Complete daily activities to support PMO function achieved project milestones.
- Make sure all work is completed to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate the supply of materials, labour etc.
- Ensure all project spreadsheets are updated as requested
- Booking Site Access for the Field & customer engineers
- Checking the quality of the completion certification and or surveys are uploaded to the database or customer database within SLA.
- Coordination of daily project process including generating and maintaining weekly schedules and trackers.
