What You'll Do

  • Keep our design documents organized and up-to-date, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Take charge of monthly KPI reports, showcasing the progress and success of our projects to regional management.
  • Be the point person for meetings, capturing key decisions and keeping everyone informed and aligned.
  • Handle client requests and updates promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction every step of the way.
  • Manage Purchase Order Confirmations with precision, tracking progress and ensuring everything stays on track.
  • Dive into Plant Log Management and assist with Line and Land Searches to support project development.
  • Tackle legal administrative tasks with diligence and accuracy, ensuring compliance and reporting are handled efficiently.
  • Step up to support other regions when needed, showcasing your adaptability and willingness to pitch in.

 

What We're Looking For

  • Good foundational skills in reading, writing, and arithmetic, with at least a GCSE grade A-C in Maths and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
