

Description
- To support and assist the HSEQ Manager in the management and implementation of all HSEQ Policies, forms & Procedures throughout the organisation
- To assist in the continued development and improvement of the current management system
- To communicate and liaise with other departments regarding health, safety, environmental and quality data and information
- Assist the HSEQ Manager in conducting monthly EHS & Quality audits and provide guidance on health and safety observations
- To support senior management in driving H&S culture
- Devise tool box talks and bulletins and updating statistical data in relation to near misses, accidents and incidents
- Carrying out investigations when required by the HSEQ Manager
- Support the HSEQ Manager in maintaining accreditations i.e. ISO 18001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Acclaim, Exor etc
- Assist the Bid Team in tender submissions
Requirements
- NEBOSH
- High levels of IT systems such as Excel, Word and Power point
- Have a passion to learn and develop their career in health, safety, environmental and quality
- Knowledge of Construction, Design and Management (CDM)
- Be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative
- Ability to manage own time effectively, prioritise workload and ability to lead teams
- At least 1 year experience in construction health and safety on site
- Previous experience in asbestos removal and have received Asbestos Awareness training
- Full driving license and access to own transport
