Role Overview:

We're looking for a skilled CAD Technician to join their design team which is currently at 20+ people. 

This role involves producing detailed and accurate drawings for utility projects, maintaining records, and ensuring up-to-date communication with relevant parties.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed and comprehensive drawings for the design team.
• Produce accurate As-laid drawings of mains and services.
• Update relevant parties and authorities with the latest records.
• Maintain drawing logs and keep electronic filing systems current.
• Use Microsoft Office to create and modify documents.
• Visit sites as necessary to gather information and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Essential knowledge of AutoCAD and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work within set timescales and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated interest in contributing to the company's success.
