Position Overview
This role is perfect for a motivated, customer-focused individual with a knack for sales and team leadership. You'll play a pivotal role in promoting our client's broadband services through door-to-door sales while leading and energizing a sales team.
Field-based and dynamic, this role is ideal for those with a background in sales and team management, ready to drive success in a fast-moving industry.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of door-to-door sales executives.
- Train and coach new and existing team members in effective sales strategies.
- Achieve and surpass individual sales targets through direct customer engagement.
- Generate leads, collect customer information, and maintain sales records.
- Uphold high standards of customer service within the team.
- Provide insightful feedback and updates from field activities.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in door-to-door sales.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with the local area and market.

Reward
- £30,000 - £32,000 basic salary
- On Target Earnings (OTE) of £50,000 with uncapped commission.
