They are currently seeking a team of Community Field Sales Executives to represent their brand and services across several towns including Potters Bar, ST Albans, Watford, Harpenden and Welyn. The Role

As a Community Field Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive customer adoption through door-to-door sales in the assigned towns. This will involve extensive engagement with potential customers, demonstrating the unique selling points of our client's offerings and inspiring them to consider a better broadband experience. This is a field-based role and you will be expected to proactively follow up leads and close as many sales as possible.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with potential customers door-to-door and drive customer adoption
- Follow up leads to secure sales
- Ensure the achievement of daily sales targets
- Promote the brand and services in local areas

Requirements

- Possession of a driving licence
- Proven background in creating face-to-face sales
- High level of confidence and positivity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience with selling broadband / fibre.

The Offer

- Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 per annum ( depending with/without a company car)
- On Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £50,000 per annum
- 30 days of holiday, inclusive of bank holidays, with the option to sell back holidays to the company
