About the Role:

We are seeking a permanent Project Manager for our client's growing Construction department to cover Guildford and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will have the responsibility to manage a portfolio of multi-utility network connections to various customers. This role is a unique opportunity to energize your career with one of the industry's key players.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring project safety & quality.
• Delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Planning and supervising multi-utility works, including various installations.
• Producing financial project forecasts.
• Facilitating clear communication across all project stakeholders.
• Preparing and maintaining vital documentation.
• Coordinating with external stakeholders like Local Authorities.
• Controlling project materials.
• Finalizing connections with Network owners.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing multiple projects
• Construction site experience.
• Ability to manage internal and external site-based workforce.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, with financial acumen and safety focus.
• Resilience, strong work ethic, and integrity.

Rewards:

• £50,000 - £55,000
