About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Manager for our client's Bristol Office. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial, the successful candidate will play a vital role in leading new business contract negotiations, overseeing financial management, and advancing the company's commercial growth.
Responsibilities:
- Monthly sales and commercial meetings, including the battle plan and credit/debtor meetings.
- Regular collaboration with various departments, including Legal, Finance, and Management.
- Maintaining business cash flow forecasts and managing commercial workflow and recruitment.
- Overseeing all commercial operational activities and restructuring business processes.
- Mentoring members within and outside the team and working collaboratively with senior management.
- Implementing company values, translating strategic plans into operational plans, and staying up-to-date with industry technology.

Requirements:
Essential criteria:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Commercial Manager for grid connections or related fields.
- Strong leadership and contract management skills.
- Proficient in budget, cash flow management, and business finances (P&L, Balance Sheet).
- Highly organized, excellent communication skills, and proactive nature.
- Advanced MS Office skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Willingness to develop and learn new skills, with a team player attitude.
Desirable criteria:
- Masters in Business Administration.
- IoD Course completion.
- Finance Management Course completion.
Rewards:
- Salary: £70,000 - £75,000
- Car allowance: £650.00 per month
- Bonus scheme: up to 80% of the salary dependent upon business and individual performance.
