Are you a Smart Meter Engineer ready to make a difference? We are currently seeking passionate and qualified Smart Meter Engineers to join a dynamic and rapidly growing team. This company is part of the UK Government's Smart Metering Implementation Programme (SMIP), a nationwide initiative dedicated to rolling out approximately 53 million smart meters to homes and businesses across Great Britain by 2025.

The Role:

As a Smart Meter Engineer, you'll be crucial in the implementation of the company's smart metering program. This full-time, permanent position offers an opportunity to contribute to a vital national initiative, provide outstanding customer service, and find fulfilment in making a tangible difference.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include installing and maintaining smart meters at a variety of sites across the country, delivering excellent customer service, resolving any smart meter-related issues, and engaging with customers to highlight the advantages of smart metering.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Smart Meter Engineer.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Enthusiasm for participating in crucial national energy initiatives.
• Drive and motivation to learn, progress, and excel in your career.
• UK Driving Licence 
• MET 1 + CMA1/CMA3/CCN1 or Level 2 Smart Metering.

Rewards:

• Competitive base salary of £36,000, along with a bonus scheme and a call-out retainer, taking the OTE to £46,000.
