Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high voltage (HV) EV charging infrastructure projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project life cycle, ensuring successful completion within scope, schedule, and budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, HV systems, and project management within the EV charging industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Manage project documentation, including progress reports, safety records, and as-built drawings.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project requirements.
• Facilitate project meetings, design reviews, and lessons learned sessions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Degree of other qualification in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on high voltage electrical systems and/or EV charging infrastructure.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HV infrastructure, and industry best practices.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
