The Role

Reporting to the Operations Director you will have full responsibility for the delivery of the P&L and associated revenue of your scheme of work through the prosperous delivery of allocated projects.
You will have accountability for securing effective resource planning to meet project standards as agreed with the Client.

You will diagnose opportunities within your direct area of duty and across the group to work more efficiently incrementing both service delivery and value over the team.

• Day to day management of your team
• Performance management and appraisal
• Working efficiently with Clients
• Ensuring effective resource planning to meet the deliverables of the project as well as:
• Recruitment
• Deployment of resource
• Training and development

Requirements

We particularly urge you to apply if the below matches your expertise:

• Project management accreditation such as PRINCE2 or equivalent
• Similar management experience in the utilities sector
• Telecoms background - ideally fibre and civils
• Proven track record of successful project delivery
• Ability to deliver projects to the standard required whilst maintaining relationships with clients
