

Description
Reporting into the Commercial Director you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a team of office and field based staff
- Managing all post-contract activities including, contract negotiation, variations/change controls, identifying & managing risk and sub-contractor management
- You will be accountable for the development and maintenance of good customer/client relationships.
- Manage tender margins and production of weekly,monthly and annual forecasts
- Oversee cost and value control and cash collection
- Oversee a fleet of 600,000 vehicles and review costs and contracts
- This role requires an individual that is process driven with a keen eye for detail.
Requirements
- The successful candidate must have prior experience of working a construction or utilities contract background and will ideally have had exposure to fleet management.
- Fleet Management: 1 year
- Construction or Utilities: 3 years
