Description

We're seeking 2 Cable Jointers with HV experience in the Bedfordshire area, including Wellingborough, Luton and Bedford.

Role

• 3M QS and QT range of cold-shrink joints and terminations
• Pfisterer terminations (sizes 2 & 3)
• Euromold AF36 cold-shrink terminations
• Raychem / Tyco OHVT heat-shrink terminations. 
• You will also be competent in either doing or learning about doing cable testing and fault finding, including sheath, IR and voltage withstand testing of completed cable joints. 
• Working patterns could include days, nights and potentially some weekends. Regular travel will be expected.

Requirements

• You will have some form of Jointing Competence/Certification and an Electrical Installation qualification at NVQ3 Level or equivalent or 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
