A successful utilities and infrastructure contractor with a twenty year track record. The successful candidates would work on a five plus five year framework for repairs and maintenance on water networks across the south west.

The Role

My client is recruiting for Civils Teams or Operatives to work on planned maintenance projects across the South West. The successful candidates would be predominantly working on water and wastewater projects .

Responsibilities

• Completing the required civils work on time and to a high standard
• Operating excavators if able
• Working safely at all times
• Reporting any issues to management
• Interfacing with the public and/ or subcontractors as required

Requirements

We particularly encourage applications if you have most of the following:

• EUSR Locate Utility Services/EUSR Safe Dig/Cat & Genny
• Dumper (activity specific National Plant Operators Registration Scheme (NPORS) minimum)
• Experience working on utilities
• Concreting skills for minor structures
• Bricklaying skills for minor structures
• 3-6 meter excavation tickets/ Deep dig greater than 3m
• Street works Operatives / NRSWA Operatives
• Face Fit FFP3
