You will be joining a very well established infrastructure project company. They provide industry leading energy and communications solutions for numerous companies across the UK. 

The business employs around 250 staff across the UK and enjoys a number of long-term framework contracts with major utility companies.

The role: 

As a Civil Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing site activities and resources, ensuring all work sites are safe and compliant to the code of practice whilst maintaining excellent levels of productivity and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out risk assessments.
• Collaborating with internal teams.
• Communicating with the management team, reporting changes or deviations from the plan. 
• Completing site surveys and daily audits.
• Demonstrating strong leadership with the team and any subcontractors.
• a strong focus on NRSWA compliance.
• Ensuring works are to the correct specifications.

Requirements:

Essential: 

• Experience in the civils sector 
• SSSTS
• NRWSA supervisor

Reward: 

• Salary of £40,000 - £45,000
