As commercial manager you would be managing financial aspects of the company's projects from the initial estimate till the agreement. The opportunities for training and professional development within the company are limitless.

Responsibilities: 

• Apply cost management and planning to said projects
• Understands the valuation of construction work
• Discuss Fibre technologies, with an understanding of commercial implications
• Understands the valuation of construction work
• Change management and contractor agreement

Requirements:

Essential: 

• 5 + years’ industry experience
• BSc Quantity surveying degree level (or equivalent)

Beneficial:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong academic and demonstrable experience working under pressure in a fast-paced role
• Excellent commercial and business awareness

Reward :

• Salary of £32,000 - £40,000
• 25 days holiday
