The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing multi-utility infrastructure business delivering electricity, gas, and water projects across the North West and Midlands.
This role offers the chance to take ownership of a varied portfolio of utility infrastructure schemes, working within a supportive and collaborative environment that values autonomy, accountability, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple utility infrastructure projects from inception through to completion.
• Oversee project delivery, programme performance, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate internal delivery teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project costs and budgets, working closely with commercial teams.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with industry standards.
• Attend client meetings and maintain strong working relationships.
• Support project planning, resource allocation, and operational performance.
• Provide leadership to project supervisors and delivery teams.
Requirements
• Previous Project Management experience within utilities, power, energy, or multi-utility environments.
• Strong understanding of electricity, gas, or water infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and project performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Delivery-focused approach with a hands-on management style.
• Full UK driving licence.
Package
• Salary £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience.
• £6,000 car allowance.
• Annual bonus scheme.
