The role:
You'd be responsible for supporting the procurement manager by ensuring the smooth purchase of products/ services.

Responsibilities:
- Raising Purchase Quotes/Orders and tracking their progress
- ensuring order confirmations match quantities and prices requested
- Working with Regional Offices to ensure the accuracy of local stock records
- Maintain up-to-date supplier records
- Assist with the creation, production and analysis of reports
- Supporting the Chief Financial Officer with reporting and analyses of asset metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support the finance team in general duties
Skills / Qualifications:
Essential:
- Experience of working in accounting or finance team
- Exposure to ERP Accounting Systems
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
