Transformer Design and Customization

● Participated in the design and development of transformer specifications tailored to

client load requirements and installation conditions.

● Collaborated with design engineers to select appropriate core materials, winding

configurations, and insulation systems.

● Assisted in CAD drafting of transformer layouts, wiring diagrams, and protective relay

schemes.

3. Transformer Construction and Assembly

● Supervised and coordinated the fabrication and winding of transformers in accordance

with IEC/NEMA standards.

● Oversaw the assembly process, including core stacking, coil placement, insulation

wrapping, and tanking.

● Ensured all manufacturing processes

adhered to electrical and mechanical safety

codes.

4. Installation and Site Commissioning

● Led on-site transformer installation projects

including positioning,

anchoring,

earthing, and cable termination.

● Executed high-voltage testing and pre-commissioning checks to ensure operational
