The Role 

The Operational Support Advisor is responsible for ensuring that the operational delivery team has all the relevant information at hand for completing works. 

You will liaise with internal stakeholders as well as subcontractors and third parties to ensure all relevant information is recorded or documented with progress of the work being communicated effectively.  

You will report to the Operational Support Team Coordinator as well as producing reports that will support the operational delivery team as well as manage day-to-day activities, ensuring work is prioritised and completed with attention to detail and excellent quality. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Ensuring job packs are uploaded within the company’s databases in a timely manner, meeting deadlines;
  • Ensure you have a good understanding of the key elements of the client contract relating to the work you are doing to ensure you successfully deliver against the company’s requirements;
  • Assisting with Subcontractor invoicing, in line with the company’s process;
  • Producing Pay Certificates;
  • Updating the company’s internal IT tracker & Database to ensure all equipment is accounted for;
  • Carrying out audits within the databases;
  • Ensure your work is undertaken safely and in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures;
  • General administrative duties;
  • Represent the department in a professional manner at all times.
