Purpose of the role:
To support and provide assistance to the Project Managers and Project Delivery Managers on a daily basis to progress into a competent and experienced Project Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of schemes across a designated area, overseeing all site activities from pre-start meetings to project completion.
- Coordinate with developers, site agents, and utility departments to pre-vet plots, arrange connections, and order materials, plant, and traffic management.
- Supervise direct and subcontract teams, complete on-site measurements, audits, and track sheets, ensure work is done as laid, collect and submit operational paperwork, and close out NCRs and incident reports promptly.
Skills Required:
- Ability to work within timescales and to deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
