Responsibilities:
- Production of weekly and monthly cost / value reconciliations Play a key role bridging the gap between operations and clients to agree client variations and changes to scope.
- Providing variation justifications and agreeing these with clients in a timely manner.
- Liaising with various departments including design and operations to report and manage commercial performance of schemes in your region.
- Attend monthly operational meetings to discuss regional performance of schemes, taking accountability for performance to interrogate performance and ensure appropriate actions in place to resolve any underperformance.
- Preparing client valuations and having the ability to manage client relationships/disputes.
- Management of client debt, whilst establishing strong relationships with clients.
- Preparing final accounts for both clients and sub-contractors.
Skills Required: -
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the Utility Construction or Contracting sector.
