Join our Multi Utility Contractor in Halifax as a Planning and Delivery Coordinator Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll oversee project management from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with Works Programmes and schedules. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage enquiries, asset records, and tendering processes. -Overseeing project closures for DNOs, IDNOs, GTs, IGTs, and water companies, including compiling Asset Value Completion Packs and as-laid drawings.
  • Procure gas, water, and electric materials for various utilities. - Maintain MPAN and MPRN records, facilitating meter registrations.
  • Handle Section 50 notices and project closures for utilities. - Understand streetworks methodologies and manage traffic requirements.
  • Raise invoices, manage ledger, and track assets and meter compliance.
  • Coordinate developer notifications and energization requests.
  • Manage documentation, oversee as-built coordination for smaller gas connections, and organise RO connections with subcontractors.
  • Attend project meetings to report progress and resolve site issues.

Skills Required: - 

  • Utility sector experience (water, gas or electrical).
  • Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
