Role Overview:

We are seeking a Site Supervisor who will play a key role in supervising site activities, ensuring all work is delivered to a high standard of safety, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily smart metering installation activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Enforce Health & Safety standards, including NRSWA, and maintain strict site compliance.
• Monitor work quality through audits/inspections and resolve non-conformances.
• Coordinate with managers, planners, and engineers on site setups, traffic management, and reinstatement.
• Act as site contact for customers, handling queries and access issues.
• Deliver daily briefings, toolbox talks, and support field teams.
• Keep accurate site records, safety checks, and progress reports, including incidents or near misses.

Required Qualifications & Certifications:

• NRSWA Supervisor Units (Essential – Must be valid).
• EUSR Water Hygiene Card (Essential – Must be valid).
• Experience supervising street works, utility or metering teams.
• Good working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and best practices in utility environments.
