Job Purpose:
Our client is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Multi-Utility Administrator . This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the utilities sector while supporting administrative functions related to utilities infrastrcuture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the daily administration of utilities , including filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date files.
- Input and update data on internal systems and spreadsheets.
- Support communication with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders (e.g., local authorities, utility providers).
- Some experience in an administrative, construction, or utilities role.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Willingness to learn and grow within the multi-utilities sector.
