About the Client:

Join a leading, innovative utilities company delivering high-quality solutions across the multi-utility sector to property developers and commercial clients.

We’re seeking a Multi-Utility Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of utility connection projects in London.

This is a key role focused on quality, safety, and efficiency across multiple developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver multi-utility projects including jointing, excavation, substation installation, and energisation
  • Ensure all project activities meet safety, quality, and compliance standards
  • Manage budgets and timelines, with accurate forecasting and project scheduling
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Streetworks, Scheduling, and Asset Value
  • Communicate with key stakeholders including clients, local authorities, and network owners

Handle all relevant documentation: risk assessments, work instructions, permits, and final connections

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the multi-utility or construction sectors
  • Solid understanding of utility connection processes and regulations
  • Strong coordination and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage both internal and external site-based teams

Effective communicator, able to manage stakeholder relationships and resolve issues efficiently

Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing multiple utility projects across various locations
  • Background in construction site management
  • Experience leading mixed site-based teams and contractors
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance procedures within utilities or construction.
  • Relevant project management certifications are a plus

Benefits:

  • Salary £50k -£60k
